Members are recommended to book in advance to secure their spot on the class. Members can book classes through the Wodify app up to 1 week in advance.
Class Cancellation & No Show
If a member can not attend a class they have booked they must cancel at least two hours in advance of the class to avoid being debited or losing their session.
A charge of £2 will also be incurred for a no show or late cancellation less the 2 hours before the class.
All late cancellation/no show charges go into our social fund so the money is put back into community events.
Minimum term of 1 calendar month from the date of payment.
You will be charged pro-rata for the remainder of your first month, all following charges from then on will be on the 1st of the month.
Membership Cancellation & Pausing
There is no contract of membership at Motion Training but we do require 2 weeks notice before the end of the month to cancel or pause a membership.
We will pause membership for a minimum of a month but require an exact end date for the pause. Pauses are capped at 3 times per year.
