Gymnastics - 1 Hour
Perfect for those wanting to get their first pull up, kick up to a handstand or even walk on your hands!
If you already participate in the CrossFit classes but want to improve on the gymnastics elements these session will be the prefect addition to your training.
Conditioning - 1 Hour
Build the Engine!
The conditioning class is appropriate for all abilities. The Focus of these classes is to build the 'engine'!
If you know you struggle with the cardio side of training and feel your lungs are the limiter this is the class for you.
Alternatively if you are training for longer endurance events this will be a great way to mix up your training to add some variety and improve fitness.
Get Ready to Get Involved
Motion Fundamentals is a three-session course over 1 week. Each session is 60-90mins long and involves skill development and a workout. You and your coach will review movement, discuss our style of training, tackle specific questions, and set you up for success!
*Motion Fundametals Course is required for all new members that do not have prior CrossFit experience
