Motion Fundamentals Course is required for all new members that do not have prior CrossFit experience
Fundamentals are two sessions ideally completed over 1 week. Each session is 60-90mins long and involves weightlifting technique, skill development and a workout. You and your coach will review your movement, discuss our style of training, tackle specific questions, and set you up for success!
