PART 1 - FREE TRIAL

If you want to join in our CrossFit classes then this is how you get started.

One of our coaches will lead you through a three session course to teach you the basics.


No prior fitness experience is required.

Come along for a trial class where a 2nd coach will stay with you for the hour to guide you through the workout.

FUNDAMENTALS

Get ready for class!

Motion Fundamentals is a three-session course over 1 week. Each session is 60-90mins long and involves skill development and a workout. You and your coach will review movement, discuss our style of training, tackle specific questions, and set you up for success!

*Motion Fundametals Course is required for all new members that do not have prior CrossFit experience

BENEFIT

Everyone can benefit from Fundamentals! Sometimes it’s good to revisit the basics even if you have gym experience.

Fundamentals, is required for new athletes who do not have prior CrossFit experience (at least 3 months another affiliate.) 

What is the

COST

Motion Fundamentals is no additional charge.

Once you purchase your membership you will be able to book onto fundamental classes through our booking system 

How to

SCHEDULE

Fundamentals classes are ideally completed in order and begin each Monday.

Don't worry if you missed the boat on this week. You can join in with conditioning classes as part of your membership until the next block of Fundamentals begins. So theres no need to put off starting today!
