At Motion, we are open all day 6am-9pm Monday to Friday & Saturday-Sunday mornings.

Our fundamentals are 3 x 60-90 minute sessions that run over the course of the week. The 3 parts must be completed in order.
Part 1 - Monday 7 am OR Tuesday 7 pm
Part 2 - Wednesday 7 am OR Thursday 7 pm
Part 3 - Sunday 10:45 am
Find the times that work for you and complete your fundamentals before joining in the CrossFit classes.
Drop us an email if these times don’t work and you can book in 3 Personal Training slots to complete the Fundamentals at your pace at a time that suits you best.
Open gym gives you extra time to work on skills or weaknesses which will benefit your overall performance and increase confidence within the classes. This could be anything from extra time to stretch and work on mobility, rehab or prehab work or to practice towards hitting specific goals such as getting that first pull up.
As well as running throughout the day when there are no classes, we are offering our CrossFit members two open gym sessions on weeknights - Monday and Wednesday evenings 7-9pm. This will be on a trial basis, the class will be the main priority, but we hope that there will be plenty of room for everyone to maximise their memberships.
